Betty Alexander's approach to public relations is based on achieving measurable results that support clients' marketing objectives. She founded Xposure PR Inc. in 1997 to provide a service for companies looking to increase their profile in the industries they serve.

Alexander was one of the founding directors of the Advanced Technology Practice at Hill and Knowlton, a large, multinational public relations firm. She later became a director of the Consumer Division with the same agency. She also managed the PR Division at Panasonic.

Since 1985, she has worked with a variety of clients in the business-to-business marketplace as well as consumer-focused companies including Bell Canada , Microsoft Canada , BCE Place , Interac, Kraft Canada , Thomas J. Lipton, Oscar Mayer and Procter & Gamble.

Betty Alexander is a member of CPRS and IABC. She is Vice-Chair of the International Committee and Member of the PR and Communications Committee with the Rotary Club of Toronto. She is also on the Fundraising Committee for the Mississauga Art Gallery.

Alexander's team at Xposure has grown significantly since the company's inception, currently consisting of fourteen consultants with years of experience in varying sectors of the Public Relations industry. Alexander and her team have been recognized for their award-winning work by the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) and the Canadian Public Relations Society (CPRS).

Julie Andras has over fifteen years of experience in the communications industry. From high technology to consumer goods, she has worked in both agency and corporate environments.
 
Believing that the most important element of a public relations program is the relationship, she has spent her career building bridges between clients and media, suppliers and end consumers.
 
Since 1988, she has worked with a variety of clients in the business-to-business marketplace as well as consumer-focused companies.
 
Andras began her agency career representing Microsoft Canada, and developed a diverse client portfolio over the next several years, including Sun Microsystems, Brookfield Development, Xerox Canada, and Silicon Graphics. She established the High Technology Practice at Burson-Marsteller, a large, multinational public relations firm.
 
Following her agency experience, Andras moved to the corporate side, launching Sympatico Internet Service for Bell, and then to IBM to work in Global Services Division. Currently she focuses on business-to-consumer communications in the home decor and fashion sectors.

Adrian Bond (Ph.D) has worked in a number of industries including the financial, healthcare and technology sectors, providing guidance and direction to his clients in internal communications, marketing communications and external media. An experienced freelance writer, he has produced brochures, profiles, ad copy, web site content, and technical manuals for clients in industries as diverse as insurance, bio-medicine, information communication technology, and cartography.

Complementing his work in corporate communications and public relations, Adrian has run workshops and lectured in business communication, technical writing and rhetoric at the University of Toronto and Seneca College . He has served as a management consultant and a private communications coach for executives in the financial industry. In 2002 he designed the communication strategy and helped launch Canada 's first graduate program in Knowledge Media Design at the University of Toronto. He continues to administer that program, while also editing an inter-disciplinary newsletter in New Media, Computer-Human Interaction and Information Communication Technology.

Adrian holds a Masters of Arts and a Doctoral degree in English Literature from the University of Toronto. In addition to literary criticism, he has published fiction and poetry in leading Canadian and US literary journals, produced editorial cartoons and provided graphic design for public and private sector companies.

Terance Brouse has more than ten years of public relations consulting experience specializing in writing and strategic media relations across the business, industry-association, charity and technology fields.

Terance is a true media relations “pit bull” with excellent instincts and knowledge in the art of media relations and has lent his skill and passion-for-PR to help award-winning campaigns for companies and organizations both big and small. He has also spearheaded communications efforts that stretched beyond media relations to include extensive stakeholder and government relations (with both politicians and bureaucrats).

In his years at Canadian technology and business agencies Maverick PR and Shandwick, Terance provided strategic counsel and media/analyst relations for clients such as IBM, PeopleSoft and Network Appliance.

Terance has experience in account management, executive communications, issues and crisis management, media training, key-message development and branding support.
Terance also works with the PACT Youth Crime Reduction Program, a charity where he manages all media and journalist relationships, website materials, executive communications, fundraising proposals and charity newsletters.

David Bosworth has more than 15 years of newspaper and magazine writing and editing, PR agency consulting and client-side corporate communications experience. With his proven track record across a spectrum of media and communications disciplines, balance and perspective are among Bosworth's chief attributes.

He has been editor-in-chief of Strategy magazine, one of the top marketing trade publications in Canada, as well as having been a consultant in the technology practice at NATIONAL Public Relations, working with clients such as Accenture, Canon, SAS and Siemens. Most recently, he was a member of the Corporate PR team at HP Canada, a broad-ranging role that included leading PR activity for HP's Personal Systems Group (PSG).

Jane Hunter works with a wide range of clients to meet their business objectives through strategic and targeted media relations. Hunter's strengths are her commitment to client services and her development and execution of strategic media relations programs.

Prior to working with Xposure PR, Hunter worked as Communications Manager for CCN Newswire (International Teledata Group) where she was responsible for corporate sponsorship, external and internal communications. Before joining CCN Newswire, Hunter worked at numerous agencies where she developed and executed targeted communications for financial, healthcare, consumer and technology clients.

Hunter holds a Bachelor of Public Relations degree from Mount Saint Vincent University (Co-operative Education Distinction) and a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Radio and Television from Ryerson Polytechnical University. Hunter is also a member of the Canadian Public Relations Society and the International Association of Business Communicators.

Working with a wide-range of clients in the technology, telecommunications and healthcare industries, O'Brien has more than more than six years public relations experience on both the corporate and agency side. Most recently, O'Brien worked in various positions with Bell Canada; as associate director in the marketing communications group, and previous to that, as manager in the corporate communications and media relations departments.

Prior to joining Bell Canada, O'Brien provided counsel to a roster of clients including Sprint Canada, Globalstar Canada, Searle Canada, The Arthritis Society and Novartis Consumer Health. O'Brien also held communications positions in the technology development division of CIBC and the marketing communications division of Health Canada.

O'Brien holds a Bachelor of Public Relations from Mount Saint Vincent University in Halifax, a Bachelor of Arts (English) from Memorial University of Newfoundland and has received an award form the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) for the launch of a high blood pressure medication.

Katherine Power is an experienced communicator, having worked in the private sector, the federal government, and the not-for-profit environment both in Canada and abroad.

Before her recent move to Toronto, Katherine was the Manager, Public Relations for the Automotive Industries Association of Canada. AIA Canada is a national trade association representing the automotive aftermarket industry. Before joining AIA Canada, she spent six years with an Ottawa-based agency which specialized in Association and Not-for-Profit Communications.

Katherine was also responsible for all communications planning and implementation for Stentor’s International division. She began her career working for Nortel in Australia.

Her experience in communications includes developing company communications strategies, media relations, sponsorships and special events, sales promotions, product launches, corporate communications, advertising and brand development, web site development, and writing. She has won numerous Awards of Excellence in Marketing from the International Association of Business Communicators. Katherine has also taught Strategic Communications Planning at Algonquin College.

Katherine has an Honours degree in Rhetoric and Professional Writing from the University of Waterloo, a Management Certificate from Carleton University with a concentration in Marketing, and a Diploma in International Trade from FITT. Katherine is fluent in English and French..

Peter Rose is a senior communications consultant with more than 20 years of corporate and agency experience

He believes in blending careful planning with creativity to create news hooks that cut through the clutter and draw the attention of media. He has spent his career serving the media needs of major corporations, financial institutions and industry associations by creating and executing highly successful media and outreach campaigns.

He served as Director of Public Relations for Goodyear Canada from 1985 to 1989, where he helped launch the Molson Indy in Toronto, introduced Canadian media and race fans to the Goodyear airships and executed the largest, private sector public relations special event in Canada's history; a plant ground breaking ceremony attended by national media and more than 25,000 spectators.

Since 1989, he has served a diverse group of clients including: RoyNat Inc., a subsidiary of the Bank of Nova Scotia, TNT N.V., Goodyear Canada, Rockwell Automation, Imperial Oil, ICI, The Ontario Federation of Agriculture, The Beef Information Centre and Ontario Power Generation.
