Fluke has been
well known for over 50 years in the industrial, electrical and electronics
markets for its test and measurement products. When Fluke Networks
needed to increase irs presence in the market for network testing
and performance monitoring tools, we needed to implement a marketing
campaign targeting a new audience. For the media component of this
campaign, we needed an agency that specialized in the area of computer
networks and communications.
Xposure PR has been Fluke Network's media relations agancy for the
past two and half years. Whereas we started out with limited recognition
on the Information Technology side of our business, we are now being
recognized as a leader in our product category.
The consultants do understand press requirements and their relationships
with the Canadian media have certainly paid off based on the press
coverage we receive. They do a good job of briefing us prior to
an interview, detailing the reporter's personality, interests and
past dealings with Fluke Networks.
The press coverage has resulted in increased visibility among our
customers and prospects. We have received feedback from customers
and our salespeople when they have seen our products in print. After
a PR campaign for our website, we have also experienced an increase
in traffic, so we know their work is having an impact.
We are pleased with Xposure PR and look forward to continuing to
